All social casino content (games, graphics, sounds, trademarks, software) is owned by Deutsche Marketing Allianz GmbH or licensed to us. Copying, distributing, or modifying content without express written authorization is prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
The social casino is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, within the limits permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Blue Summit Community LLC against claims, damages, and losses arising from: violation of these terms, violation of third-party rights, misuse of the social casino, or fraudulent activities associated with your account.
Blue Summit Co may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violation of the terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. After closure, unused virtual coins are forfeited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hamburg, Germany. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Suffolk County, unless applicable law requires otherwise. EU users retain consumer protection rights.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Severability: if one clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect. No waiver: failure to enforce does not constitute a waiver. Entire agreement: these terms replace prior agreements. Assignment: you may not assign your rights; Blue Summit may assign its rights.
